Doctoral Regalia

The Morgan State University Deluxe Doctoral gown is constructed of Gabardine fabric in midnight blue. It features wide navy velvet front panels and sleeve chevrons, both outlined in orange braid. A 3” Morgan State University seal is monogrammed on each panel in blue thread at chest height.

The hood is constructed of Gabardine in midnight blue with degree-colored velvet. The cap is an 8-sided Sure-fit navy velvet tam with a gold silk tassel.
