Doctoral Regalia
The East Stroudsburg University Classic Doctoral gown is constructed of red Gabardine fabric. The gown features black velveteen panels and chevrons. A 3 inch school seal is embroidered in white thread on both panels, chest high.
The doctoral hood is constructed of red Gabardine fabric with degree color velvet. The cap is an 8-sided black Sure-fit tam with a gold bullion tassel.
